Rights for the music on this web-site are owned by John Webber. The public has the right to copy and perform this music without charge if no money is involved in its presentation, i.e. no player, conductor or administrator is paid and no tickets are sold. If players are paid and if tickets are sold then you must buy the printed music and purchase a performance license (from BMI, New York) unless you have a dispensation from the composer.If you wish to perform any of this music without paying perfomers and selling tickets WEBBER MUSIC wil gladly provide you with .pdf files which you can print on 8.5x11. letter or A4 sized paper. When this is impractical (eg for larger works) WEBBER MUSIC will provide materials at cost. You will not need a BMI performance license. Please do not edit, arrange, or rewrite any of this music (performance editing obviously excepted, ie bowing, phrasing, breath marks etc.). The composer retains these rights exclusively in regards to publishing and selling.
